In the instance where you no longer require the items you ordered, please advise us within 14 days if you wish to make a return. If you are returning items to us, these would need to be returned at your own cost. Any refunds will only be for the goods you’ve ordered and any delivery chargers originally paid are excluded from the total amount refunded.
There are some products which cannot be returned which are food, beverages and bespoke or ‘special’ order items. All of these are strictly non returnable and any furniture items which are returned will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
When issuing a return to us please make sure all the items are in the original packaging and are in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. We cannot accept returns which do not align with these conditions.
If you wish to make a return because a product has arrived to you damaged, or is faulty, please notify us by email or phone within 3 working days of delivery. When you contact us, please make sure you have your order reference and the product code handy so we can easily process your return.
For faulty items, please contact us so we are able to advise on the item’s product guarantee and issue a replacement if possible.
