How Do I Return a Faulty Item?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we can arrange a collection and organise a replacement for you.

To help us process this quickly, we require a photo of the damaged item. If you no longer need a replacement, we can issue a refund to your original payment method.

Faulty items must be reported within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.
