  1. The versatile EZ-3 safety knife reduces injuries, it is safe, easy and comfortable to use. To prevent painful and costly injuries the blade springs back into the cutter once the cut is completed. The cutter prevents damage to merchandise as well as improving worker efficiency. The body opens when the release wheel is turned and opens on its hinge butterfly style.
